Customer Service Village

This Village aims to support local government officers working in customer service areas of Queensland councils or managing customer service staff and seeks to identify and discuss best practice approaches to customer service and investigate technological tools to enhance service provision.  

We trust that you derive value from the interactions and information shared via this forum.  Please feel free to contact LGMA with any suggested topics for future exchanges or forums.
