SUPPORTING THE PROFESSIONALS SHAPING QUEENSLAND COMMUNITIES

CEO FORUMS

Local governments are complex and varied organisations. Often under-resourced for the services they provide, the role of a CEO is challenging as each seeks to understand and improve their organisation’s performance.

The CEO’s Kitbag offers a suite of tools to assist CEOs to navigate the complexity of local government organisations and ensure consistency and understanding across the leadership team.
