Customer Service Incident Reporting

    Hi all,

    Just wanted to touch base and see how everybody handles incidents with customers at Customer Service? Do you report through your regular safety incident reporting (even if it's a small heated interaction), or do you have a separate form or process for escalation? I would appreciate any assistance in this space.
