People & Culture (HR, L&D) Village Exchange

This village exchange meeting is for local government employees working in the people and culture, human resources, learning and development areas of Queensland councils. 

For the August Exchange, the Agenda will include a showcase of the LGMA Programmes:

• Awards for Excellence
• Australasian Management Challenge
• Executive Management Programme
• Ignite
• Propeller
• Rural Management Challenge

A great opportunity to know and understand LGMA's Signature Programmes including content, learning outcomes, costs and registration dates.  Attendees will receive complimentary access to one (1) webinar on the calendar of events.

We've scheduled four exchange sessions for 2022:
