Learning & Development Village Exchange

This Village aims to support local government officers responsible for learning, development, capability building and organisational development within Queensland councils.

The Village provides a forum to share information, resources, tools and emerging approaches to learning and development, discuss workforce capability challenges, and receive updates on legislation, policy and sector initiatives. The Village aims to support councils to develop their people, strengthen capability and provide quality employment and development opportunities.

Relevant roles may include Learning and Development Managers and Officers, Organisational Development Officers, Capability Managers, Training Coordinators, Workforce Development Officers, Leadership Development Officers and officers responsible for training, professional development and workforce capability.

Scheduled exchange sessions for 2027:

Cost: Complimentary to Council Subscribers
