Lifestyle and Liveability Village Exchange
This Village aims to support local government officers responsible for enhancing lifestyle, liveability, community spaces and facilities within Queensland councils.
The Village provides a forum to connect with colleagues, share information and practical approaches, discuss emerging trends and challenges, and explore ways councils can improve the quality, accessibility, management and use of community spaces, facilities and lifestyle services.
Areas of interest may include Sport and Recreation, Parks and Gardens, Playgrounds, Open Spaces, Streetscapes, Trails and Pathways, Venues and Events, Facilities Management, Building and Property Services, Community Facilities and the management and operation of council and community-use facilities.
Relevant roles may include Sport and Recreation Managers and Officers, Parks and Gardens Managers and Officers, Open Space Officers, Facilities Managers and Coordinators, Property and Building Services Officers, Asset Managers, Venue Managers, Community Facilities Officers, Events Officers, Playground Officers, Streetscape Officers and officers responsible for the management, maintenance and use of community facilities and public spaces.
