What systems does everyone use?

    Technology 1 (Ci and CiA) - for all things council

    Genesys Cloud  - Contact centre system

    Livepro - Knowledge base system


    Perhaps in sharing what systems we all use we might be able to share knowledge and problem solve together.

    Gympie Regional Council - 

    Civica (Authority)  - for all things council

    Genesys Cloud  - Contact centre system

    Livepro - Knowledge base system

    Vodaphone Messaging - After Hours Call Service

    I am also interesting in learning about which after hours call service other Councils use.

    Technology One - CIA (Live Nov 2019, still transitioning to BAU) 

    OneDrive - Knowledge base/procedures (Eeep!)

    Skype for Business - Touchpoint (Contact Centre)  moving to M/Soft teams. 

    Smartsheet (Corporate reporting)

    Hinchinbrook Shire Council

    For all things Council - Technology 1 (Ci  for P&R / Finance and CiA for ECM only). Rolling out CiA over the next few years, working on implementation plan etc of which module goes over first. 

    Contact centre system - Nil, just using Telstra hunt groups - but trying to move to Teams in the coming month. 

    Knowledge base system - our brains (haha) - would like to explore and implement something! Have some shared notes via MS OneNote - unsure if it's the best solution though?
