Hinchinbrook Shire Council
For all things Council - Technology 1 (Ci for P&R / Finance and CiA for ECM only). Rolling out CiA over the next few years, working on implementation plan etc of which module goes over first.
Contact centre system - Nil, just using Telstra hunt groups - but trying to move to Teams in the coming month.
Knowledge base system - our brains (haha) - would like to explore and implement something! Have some shared notes via MS OneNote - unsure if it's the best solution though?
