Emotional intelligence (EQ) is a critical building block for a successful local government career.  All local government roles can be enhanced through high EQ.   This webinar details the four quadrants of EQ: self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness and social regulation.  Understand these quadrants and their impacts on your teamwork, communication, empathy and adaptability.  Also, hear tips on how to build better skills in each of the areas.
