However, the ability to self-assess can help us lift our performance and avoid potentially difficult conversations.

This webinar will provide processes useful in reflecting on your own performance to gain insight, set goals and support your professional growth. Learn how to assess your strengths, identify areas for improvement and align your contributions with team and organisational goals. The webinar offers practical tools and frameworks to help you evaluate your performance objectively and constructively.
