How do other Councils manage their meeting reports considering their meeting software may not integrate with their recordkeeping system? i.e. do they manually register the reports that are on the final agenda? Do the EAs manage this process or are officers responsible for registering the reports?
At Livingstone, as EA for the Infrastructure Executive Director, I manually register individual PDF copies of all Infrastructure reports in our ECM program for record keeping. Whilst I could push this back onto the authors to do, I prefer to this myself so that I know its been done (yes, I have trust issues with people not record keeping correctly).
