Good discussion at the session today.  COVID got a work-out as you would expect.  Comparing notes on dealing with work from home and vaccine mandates for identified roles.

RTIs are continuing to flow in and many are looking for tools to assist.  Those identified include Folio and Reliansys although most are still using a combination of tools with Excel in the mix.  Elker does do complaints management (and good for triaging when PIDs might be in the mix) but I am not sure any councils have implemented.

We noted the increase in activity related to 'sovereign citizens' and groups such as the Velvet Revolution who are becoming increasingly vocal.  I had previously circulated to CEOs, advice from QPS on this.  I have attached.  Short story is, you need to report them not just give a standard response to and forget about.  (Thank you to Amy Crouch for reminding me that I promised to include this!).

Attendees, let me know if you think I have forgotten anything.  Hope to see you all at the next one on

Further to discussion yesterday, I received this Workplace Management Plan from North Burnett Regional Council.  A good doc and might be a useful starting point to save others repeating work already done.
