Hardship Policy examples

    Hi Governance gurus.  As part of my suite of templates, I am looking at drafting a Hardship policy (i.e. rates related – payment plans/ sale of property in arrears etc).

    I am wondering if anyone has reviewed and prepared a contemporary version recently that would be prepared to share with me?

    Please email ga@lgmaqld.org.au if you can share your policy and any associated procedures.

    I will ensure appropriate acknowledgements are made to contributing Councils.

    At last review/adoption we consolidated all of our rate concession & exemption policies into a single policy.
