Dress Code
The dress code for this event is Corporate or Business Casual.  As the venue room temperature may vary, we suggest you wear layered clothing to ensure you are comfortable throughout the forum.

Transport
Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane is located on Leichardt Street.  It’s just a short stroll to the Central Business District and close to the Brisbane Transit Centre (Roma Street Bus and Rail Station).  For bus, ferry and rail information, please review the options available at Translink:

Parking
Hotel parking is subject to availability.  The hotel has secure, undercover car parking available.
House Guests: Self-parking is $20 per night and valet parking is $30 per night.  Parking on Friday, Saturday & Sunday is complimentary.
Daily Parking
: 3-10 hours $10.00 or 10-24 hours $32.00

Accommodation
The forum registration costs do not include accommodation.

Hotel Grand Chancellor has offered special rates for conference attendees and they are subject to availability. Check in from 2.00pm and check out by 11.00am

LGMA Cancellation Policy:
45 days out from the event date: a full refund is available
44-22 days out from the event date: a 50% administration fee applies
21 days or less from the event date: No refunds available however LGMA Queensland will accept a substitute delegate.
