This webinar will explore the benefits of networking.  It will explain why the often-underrated practice of internal networking (i.e. within and across the organisation), is critical to exceptional performance and can be the difference between high performers and solid performers. 

Mechanisms to ensure that internal networking becomes a daily part of your routine will be discussed.   External networking will not be missed with a dive into the value of fostering broader networks across the sector and community.  Participants will be provided with a process to develop a stakeholder engagement map and plan as well as some other optional resources about all things networking!
