Our Council is about to begin reviewing the Employee Code of Conduct.  Our current code was updated in 2019 to more closely align with the Public Sector Ethics Act and is a principles-based document.  We are considering including more examples in an appendix to help employees to understand how the Code of Conduct may be applied to certain situations.  If you are willing to share either your Code of Conduct or any scenarios/examples that may be relevant, I'd be very interested.
